I started to practice Pilates because I want to live my life with out too many aches and pains; I know that in order to do that, I have to invest time and energy into my body. Pilates has given me so much strength in my inner core group of muscles; I feel taller, very supported and have confidence that my body will stay up to par for my future hikes, kayak trips, biking, road trips and camping adventures. It’s up to everyone to give him or herself a quality life; Pilates is a great way to invest in oneself. No matter what ailments you have Pilates practice will help you gain and maintain stability, mobility and strength throughout your body.
I love to help people wake up the mind body connection and strengthen their core with the Pilates method. Concentration, control, precision, breath and flow are some of the Pilates principles that you will focus on through out your Pilates training. Absolutely everyone can do Pilates, come try it, your back and body are worth the investment.
