Yamuna Body Rolling is presented by Laura Flanagan who is an American Council on Exercise certified fitness instructor, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and a Yoga Alliance member. Laura is a Level II certified Body Rolling instructor, and part of her training was with Yamuna Zake, the founder of Body Rolling.
